For many Caribbean people, owning a home in the region is the dream and there are more ways than ever to be a homeowner.
Get land and build from scratch, buy pre-built and customize, inherit from a loved one. There’s many paths to that life and while married couples still make up a large amount of homeowners, it’s no longer THE way. Single or partnered, it’s possible. So naturally you made it happen for you too.
There’s one catch though: you don’t live there full time.
You got the home while living in that country and had to move abroad after. You work and rent in one country but want a permanent home in another. You live abroad but want to settle down in your home country one day. You built a life abroad then this home ended up your responsibility.
Whatever your story, you know selling your home is OFF the table. But taking care of it is getting harder too. From playing catch up every time you’re home to keeping up with your life abroad, what used to feel doable is now just doesn't work anymore. But you don’t know how to change that or find someone you actually trust with your home either.
And honestly? I want better for you than that.
When most property care is for homes for rent or paying guests, owners like you need very different support. The kind focused on not just keeping your home at its best but bringing balance back to your life across the board.

How this all works
The consultation
We have a no pressure call to talk about your home and what you want help with and decide if this is for you or you need someone else. Once we’re the right fit for each other, it’s a go.
The kickoff
After laying out everything you need me to take over, we spend the next 1-2 weeks (based on your schedule) getting your system together. You’ll get access to your portal to organize your home assets and schedule an in-person meeting to work on your home inventory and anything else that can’t be done virtually.
The handover
You share keys and any other access I’ll need, say bye to your home and live your life! I’m there to tackle everything you passed on.
The check-ins
We have scheduled calls and ongoing communication to touch base and let you know what’s going on at home. This can be 1 call a month or more at your preference and we stay in touch till you get back.
The debrief/return
When you’re back home, we meet in-person to debrief and keep things going as long as you need me. As soon as you’re ready to end the service, I return keys and other access you gave me, we part ways and that’s it.
Who this is actually for
Homeowners who want month to month support with property maintenance and the administrative work it comes with.
Setting this up really works best when you’re back home with at least one week of undivided time before going abroad again. Having time for both virtual and in-person handovers is key to this system working how it should.
This service won’t suit you if support for a few days or a week or two is what you’re looking for. It also wasn’t made for properties with tenants or paying guests.

I'm Nailah and chaos (not the fun kind) was way too familiar. So I created this.
I’m a property caretaker who’s spent close to 25 years learning the ins and outs of property management and property maintenance.
(They’re related but separate things. I promise it’s not just semantics!).
Being neurodivergent, I also know what it’s like to lose track of priorities or only keep up with a few of them at once. For a long time I had no annual planner or online calendar. No productivity tool or spreadsheet. No routine or structure that kept me accountable consistently.
I was functional but struggling bad. And once I had to manage apartment rentals full-time plus everything else important to me, I knew that had to change.
So I built a system that supports that work while being practical and sustainable. I focused on tracking property maintenance in a way that’s beginner friendly, repeatable and flows with the rest of my life.

Will this work for me and my home?
It definitely will. This system is meant to keep you organized and take as much as possible off your hands when maintaining your home. And I’m there for set up and future updates where you need them.
Does this have complicated tech for me to learn?
No and that’s on purpose. You can get so much done with office tools you already use like docs and spreadsheets. We’ll go through everything as soon as you get started. If something’s new or a little confusing at first, let me know and I'll gladly walk to walk you through it.
Does monthly support really make a difference?
If you’re not back and forth often, absolutely. Every home has recurring upkeep from housekeeping to yard maintenance to routine checks. Last thing you want is to fall behind and be in over your head once you’re back home. Especially if your trip isn’t multiple months long.
